Fan Ji and Hayashi lead field of 52 at Gorge March 8

Rongzhi Fan Ji, known as Santi to some and Michael to at least one person led the Junior Division at Junior Golf Victoria’s March 8 Gorge event with a stellar 74. Shu Yamamoto finished T7. Meanwhile Akari led the Girls for the second event in a row with a 75 besting Rebecca Kim and Chelsea Truong who finished second and third respectively. In the Peewee Division Ewan Baldwin blew away the field with an impressive 76. And Brendan O’Brien led the Bantam Division with an equally impressive 74 bettering second place finisher Daniel Bennett by 5 strokes. Watch out for third place finisher Haoting Xu though, he’s trending.
