Originally from Southampton, England, Mark spent five years working in Alberta whilst working at The Fairmont Banff Springs and Silver Springs G&CC before moving to Victoria GC in January 2016. He has played at a variety of different levels, is still very competitive and is excited about the opportunities that will arise from associating with the Junior Tour and the new Performance Tour. He looks forward to working with everyone to promote a competitive environment whilst promoting and growing participation across Vancouver Island.

Jason serves as the Director of Golf at Royal Colwood Golf Club. He is passionate about the development opportunities golf provides young people. While being challenging and incredibly fun, he’s seen golf open a world of possibilities to many of the juniors at his club; they’ve grown as people, made friends that will last a life time, expanded their network while learning to interact socially, had the opportunity to travel, and have used golf as a pathway to post-secondary education. As a proud member of the PGA of Canada since 1994 Jason sees the Bayview Place Vikes Tours as a great opportunity for him and his fellow professionals to further invest in the development of Victoria’s youth.

A member of the PGA of Canada since 1998, Lance is the Head Professional at Cordova Bay Golf Course where he has worked in various capacities for 19 years following a competitive junior and amateur career that took him to college in the United States and provided him with an opportunity to represent British Columbia in numerous national competitions. Having benefitted greatly from the game of golf, he looks forward to the opportunity to contribute to the further development of competitive golf on Vancouver Island through the Bayview Place Vikes Tours.

Still a competitive player, Jeff is the owner of Palmer Golf Solutions LTD and the General Manager at the Ardmore Golf Course. He has managed golf clubs and established golf academies in Hawaii, Ontario and China coaching players of all levels. Through his travels Jeff has had the opportunity to spend time learning from some of the game’s finest instructors including Mike Hebron, Jim McLean, Pete Cowan, Jeff Ritter and Jim Hardy. Dedicated to junior golf throughout his career he has been awarded the PGA of BC Jack McLaughlin Junior Leader distinction for Vancouver Island in 2013 and 2014 and for British Columbia in 2015 and is excited about the opportunities accorded to juniors by the Bayview Place Vikes Tours.
